Yay a recipe of deliciousness!

So me and Joanna have been trying to make new things for dinner and have been trying a lot of new recipes. This week we discovered something magical! Tex Mex Chicken. Its sooo good! So because it is so good I felt the need to share it with everyone. Plus as an added bonus its super cheap to make and is made in a slow cooker. Enjoy!
1lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 jars thick and chunky salsa
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag frozen whole-kernal corn (canned works too)
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 can of pinto beans

Cut chicken into small strips; dust with taco seasoning mix. Combine corn, beans and salsa in crock-pot. Add the chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Just before serving, top with sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheese. (also good with crumbled tortilla chips) Serve over rice. Serves 6-8.
